Refund Policy

At Chaak Design, each product is handcrafted with care, and slight variations in texture, color, or finish are part of the natural beauty of handmade items. However, in the rare case of accidental damage during shipping, we request you to inform us within four days of receiving your order. You may raise a request on our website or write to us at chaakdesign@gmail.com attaching clear photographs of the damaged product taken by you. Once the request is verified, Chaak Design will arrange a reverse shipment only for damaged goods. Refunds against such cases will be processed within fifteen days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than transit damage.
