Shipping Policy

At Chaak Design, we take great care in ensuring that your handcrafted products are packaged securely and delivered safely to your doorstep. All orders are processed from our studio in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and shipped across India through trusted courier partners.

Once you place an order, it will be processed and dispatched within two to three business days. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp update along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier availability, but generally orders reach metro cities within four to six business days and other regions within six to nine business days. During festivals, sales, or unforeseen events, delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499, while a standard delivery charge of ₹79 is applicable for orders below this value. Express delivery may be available in certain locations at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout. At present, we ship only within India, but we are working towards offering international shipping in the future.

Our products are carefully checked and packed, secure packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, Chaak Design will not be held responsible for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier partner, as delivery times are beyond our direct control. In case your package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately within four days of delivery at chaakdesign@gmail.com with photographs of the issue, so that we may assist you promptly.
