Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our website, your purchases, and your relationship with Chaak Design. Use of Website
The website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use. By visiting or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or engage in any activity that may harm Chaak Design, its partners, or its customers.

Product Information
Chaak Design specializes in handcrafted marble, copper, brass, and ceramic products. Each item is individually crafted by artisans, and therefore slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. However, Chaak Design does not warrant that the information on the website is error-free, complete, or current.

Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Payments may be made through secure payment gateways supporting credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. In case of payment failure, Chaak Design is not responsible for any loss or delay caused by the payment gateway or your bank. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our studio. After dispatch, cancellations cannot be accepted. In case of pre-dispatch cancellation, no direct refunds will be provided; instead, you may exchange your order for another product of equal or higher value or opt for store credit valid for a limited period. Chaak Design reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances, including incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner, generally ranging between four to nine business days within India. During festivals or peak seasons, slight delays may occur. Chaak Design will not be held liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the logistics partner.

Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are handcrafted, we accept returns only in the event of accidental transit damage. In such cases, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the order by writing to chaakdesign@gmail.com with images of the damaged item. Once verified, a reverse shipment will be arranged, and refunds will be processed within fifteen days of receiving the returned product. Customized, bulk, or corporate gifting orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Intellectual Property
All content on chaakdesign.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Chaak Design and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Chaak Design strives to provide high-quality products and reliable service. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to delays, data loss, loss of goodwill, or inability to use the website. Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you.

Modifications to Terms
Chaak Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
